Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Electronics Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will help us in complete panel wiring, and electrical fittings, and can assist us in field service for packaging machines and other industrial automation solutions. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, a deep understanding of electronics and communications, and a commitment to delivering reliable, efficient systems.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform independent assembly and fitting work for packaging machines and components.
  • Carry out mechanical maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting of machines in the workshop and at client locations.
  • Read and interpret technical drawings and machine layouts for assembly and installation.
  • Conduct on-site field service, including machine installation, commissioning, and maintenance.
  • Collaborate with the design, production, and electrical teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and adherence to safety standards during all tasks.

 

Requirements:

  • Educational Qualification: Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or related fields.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in machine assembly, fitting, or maintenance.
  • Skills:
    • Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
    • Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments.
    • Ability to identify and resolve mechanical issues independently.
  • Other Requirements:
    • Willingness to travel for field service assignments.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
    • Good communication skills for client interaction during field visits.

 

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in packaging machinery or similar industries.
  • Knowledge of mechanical fittings, Pneumatics, and basics of hydraulics.
